TL;DR

Manager Regional Sales (Fintech): Leading and coaching regional sales teams to optimize territory performance and advisor relationships with an accent on sales process consistency and team development. Focus on driving business growth through effective performance management, strategic partnership building, and adherence to compliance standards.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Toronto office on a hybrid schedule. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: $65–$71 per hour (approx. $10,400–$11,360/month).

What you will do

  • Partner with the VP Regional Sales to manage and develop Business Development Associates and Managers.
  • Implement consistent territory team models to optimize sales effectiveness and team cohesiveness.
  • Coach team members to increase sales and enhance relationships with advisors.
  • Communicate key initiatives and marketing strategies during team and one-on-one meetings.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships to advance firm-wide priorities and committee objectives.
  • Ensure regional adherence to compliance policies and effective expense management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or financial services.
  • Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing sales employees.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
  • Current work authorization for Canada.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • University degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Recognized industry designation such as CFP, RFP, CIM, FMA, or CFA.
  • Progress towards completion of professional financial designations.
