What you will do

  • Process customer orders and provide accurate delivery information through various ordering channels.
  • Manage business inquiries and ensure flawless order processing to maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Handle customer claims within the Quality Management module and provide transparent feedback.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment according to customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts to ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in German and English (speaking and writing).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong user-level skills in MS Office and SAP (order and quality management).
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the automotive or industrial sector.
