What you will do
- Provide support through email, live chat, and phone using Zendesk.
- Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through to full resolution.
- Identify potential technical issues and report them to the Product team.
- Develop and maintain the knowledge base, including articles and saved replies.
- Collaborate with Product Management to identify and suggest new product features.
- Maintain and update accurate customer details in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Polish.
- Strong empathy and customer relationship management skills.
- AI literacy and a growth mindset for adapting to evolving business processes.
- Must be based in Poland.
