What you will do

  • Receive and resolve hardware and application incidents using ticketing tools.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with users in both German and English.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to the second line of support.
  • Collaborate with various technical teams to resolve user issues.
  • Participate in an individually adapted training program to build IT expertise.

Requirements

  • German and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Willingness to develop IT skills and learn new technologies.
  • Strong motivation and ability to work as a team player.
  • Ability to follow strict operational procedures.
  • Availability to work in shift hours.
