What you will do
- Provide high-quality technical assistance and support for internal and external users via portal, phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and analyze reported incidents, proposing workarounds or escalating to domain-specific support lines.
- Configure, install, replace, and distribute end-user equipment such as laptops and screens.
- Execute digital workplace improvement projects, including mass equipment replacements.
- Contribute to the development of the knowledge base and overall support service improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- English: C1 level required.
- Strong practical knowledge of IT end-user infrastructure, workstations, and operating systems.
- Experience with M365 cloud services, identity management, and networking.
- Proficiency in ITIL processes (incident and request fulfillment) and ITSM solutions.
- Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland.
