What you will do

  • Provide accurate and consistent global customer support via telephone, email, and web inquiries.
  • Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce CRM to ensure data integrity.
  • Manage and de-escalate difficult calls to deliver resolutions that ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Take full ownership of customer interactions from initial contact to final resolution.
  • Collaborate with Tier 2 and other relevant teams to resolve complex, high-impact cases.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of D&B products, services, and the data supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Analytical skills to deal with complex issues and ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer services or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with Contact Center environments and CRM systems.
