What you will do
- Provide 2nd level customer support for acquiring and administration.
- Process customer and partner requests independently according to SLAs and quality requirements.
- Support the operational implementation of new products and services.
- Manage complaints and answer basic technical and product-related questions.
- Update systems to reflect contract changes and activate new services.
- Execute recurring reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Strong client focus and experience in Customer Care.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure.
- Collaborative mindset for resolving complex issues across departments.
