What you will do

  • Execute territory strategy to drive sales volume and maintain a premium brand mix (Goodyear & Dunlop).
  • Build long-term dealer relationships and provide tools/training to grow Goodyear business.
  • Prospect and acquire new indirect fleet customers by demonstrating cost-per-km benefits and product technical superiority.
  • Support large national fleets managed by KAMs, including tire performance checks and service excellence.
  • Optimize the service network by partnering with the Network & Service team to manage service providers.
  • Use CRM and digital tools (e.g., TireOptix) to report market trends, track competitors, and deliver data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Location: NL Nieuwegein (South-West / Rotterdam & Central NL Area)
  • B2B sales experience with territory management, ideally in automotive, heavy vehicle, or industrial sectors.
  • Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English to influence dealers and technical fleet engineers.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn tire management systems and digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently while being disciplined working from home and collaborating with the team.
  • Resilience in a transforming environment with focus on KPIs (volume, mix, market share).
