Bilingual Senior Recruiter: Own service excellence across the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent with an accent on US-market recruiting, sourcing strategy, and candidate pipeline building. What you will do
- Run consultative job-scope conversations with hiring leaders to define position specifications.
- Review applicants in the applicant tracking system and manage timely candidate updates throughout the process.
- Source and engage candidates using Boolean search, social media, and deep web sourcing; build targeted lists of passive candidates.
- Plan and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns and use tools for mobile/email campaigning to talent communities.
- Conduct phone interviews with role- and industry-specific probing; assess fit against requisition requirements and team/cultural fit.
- Prepare and drive offers, maintain candidate engagement, provide regular recruiting reporting, and ensure compliance (including OFCCP and other standards).
Requirements
- Work location: Remote from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico
- English proficiency required
- 5+ years of results-oriented recruiting experience (in-house, RPO, or agency)
- 5 years of recruitment experience within the US market, ideally for the manufacturing industry
- Experience using recruiting technologies and deep web sourcing techniques
- Ability to follow documentation and compliance processes
