Location: Houston, TX. Hybrid – must be able to attend the client’s office eventually. Ideally based in West Texas.

What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
• Source candidates via resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including ATS screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing plans aligned with search requirements.
• Coach candidates through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality experience and timely communication.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to determine offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience recruiting specifically within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or management is strongly preferred.
• Proven success in corporate, RPO, or agency recruitment settings.
• Proficiency in Boolean search techniques and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
