Location: Hybrid (São Paulo, Brazil) - 1 day onsite/week

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from detailed job scoping with hiring managers to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Implement targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and source passive candidates using Boolean search and deep web techniques.
  • Conduct professional phone interviews and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and company culture.
  • Maintain proactive communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the search process.
  • Build and nurture a continuous talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Provide accurate reporting on recruiting activities and research solutions for difficult searches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Corporate RPO recruitment style.
  • Trilingual proficiency: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Proven expertise in deep web sourcing and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Must be based in or able to work in São Paulo, Brazil.
