What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define position specifications and recruitment strategies.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Utilize sophisticated Boolean search and deep web sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines.
• Provide proactive communication and market insights to hiring managers throughout the search process.
• Manage candidate experience, including interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards and accurate reporting of recruitment activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience recruiting for the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and deep web sourcing techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
