TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (Talent Acquisition): Managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for complex, high-impact roles with an accent on stakeholder management and market intelligence. Focus on building robust talent pipelines and mentoring team members within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Ricardo Rojas, Argentina (Hybrid 1-2 days onsite per week)

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market insights.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and deliver high-quality candidate slates.
• Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring leaders to negotiate and finalize offer details.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
• Significant experience in corporate, RPO, or agency recruiting.
• Trilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
• Background in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Bio-Tech industries.
• Experience working within highly matrixed organizations across LATAM and NA regions.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
