What you will do
- Run detailed job-scope sessions with hiring leaders to define position specifications and recommend search approaches using market data.
- Review and evaluate candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and determine who advances in the recruitment process.
- Build and execute sourcing and recruitment marketing plans, including candidate sourcing via resume databases, search engines, networking sites, and Boolean search.
- Use phone interview templates to assess candidates, compare notes and skills against requirements, and coordinate skills testing and background/reference checks when required.
- Maintain candidate engagement with timely updates, prepare candidates for interviews, and support offer discussions including counter-offer anticipation and negotiation.
- Provide accurate recruiting activity reporting and proactively identify search difficulties with recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- English: Proficiency required
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience for blue-collar or manufacturing positions.
- Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Experience using recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
- Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics; strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
