What you will do

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional communities.
• Maintain proactive talent pipelines for tech, data, and product roles.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to automate tasks, personalize outreach, and enhance talent discovery.
• Map the competitive landscape to identify and engage top-tier passive talent.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements and sourcing approaches.
• Track pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness using data-driven insights within Greenhouse.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment.
• C1 or Native English and Spanish proficiency required.
• Strong AI-first mindset with experience adopting new tools to improve productivity.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple concurrent pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, specifically Greenhouse.
