What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to offer acceptance
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers on requirements
• Schedule interviews, provide feedback, and track recruitment metrics
• Support onboarding and maintain records in ATS/CRM systems

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruitment platforms (e.g., JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Reliable remote work setup: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM, 100 Mbps internet, backup device/internet/power

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S.-based recruitment accounts
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excel/reporting skills for recruitment metrics
