Location: Must be based in Cape Town (Remote).

Compensation: $800 – $1,200 / month.

What you will do

• Source and attract top-tier talent through job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate databases and track key recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define staffing needs and job requirements.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize ATS tools to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Must be based in Cape Town.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Attention to detail when reviewing resumes and candidate correspondence.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Ability to work within 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST core hours.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers.
• Understanding of design roles and creative portfolios.
