What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to define hiring requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both project-based and individual roles.
- Execute active sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and internal channels.
- Conduct candidate pre-screening in alignment with global recruitment standards.
- Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Provide weekly KPI reports to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in tech and non-tech Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Fluent English proficiency is required.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in Talent Development and Acquisition.
