What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to define hiring requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for both project-based and individual roles.
• Execute active sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and internal channels.
• Conduct candidate pre-screening in alignment with global recruitment standards.
• Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Provide weekly KPI reports to hiring managers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in tech and non-tech Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency).
• Fluent English proficiency is required.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in Talent Development and Acquisition.
