Corporate Development Manager

What you will do

• Lead M&A transactions from initial evaluation through to final completion.
• Prepare investment papers, valuations, and financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation in collaboration with legal and external advisors.
• Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes across internal teams and external partners.
• Provide clear updates and actionable recommendations to senior management and the Board.
• Support the successful post-merger integration of acquired businesses.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK or able to work from the London office.
• Proven M&A experience gained in Big 4, investment banking, or corporate environments.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and transaction lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
