What you will do
- Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, and closing.
- Manage strategic and venture investments from origination through to portfolio management.
- Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify new strategic opportunities.
- Build and analyze complex financial models, including DCFs, operating models, and unit economics.
- Drive due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, commercial, and technology areas.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from North London, UK.
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
- Strong track record of executing M&A transactions and investments.
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Proven ability to lead due diligence workstreams.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.

- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets and odds calculation.
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements.
- Fluency in additional European or African languages.
