What you will do

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, and closing.
• Manage strategic and venture investments from origination through to portfolio management.
• Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify new strategic opportunities.
• Build and analyze complex financial models, including DCFs, operating models, and unit economics.
• Drive due diligence workstreams across financial, legal, commercial, and technology areas.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from North London, UK.
• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
• Strong track record of executing M&A transactions and investments.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Proven ability to lead due diligence workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
