Associate Corporate Development (iGaming)

What you will do

• Execute M&A transactions across sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and closing.
• Lead strategic and venture investments from origination through execution and portfolio management.
• Support strategic projects including new market entries, internal due diligence, and strategic reviews.
• Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and analyse operating models, DCFs, returns analyses, customer cohort models, and unit economics.
• Prepare investment memos and presentations for investment, executive, and board committees while managing relationships with banks, advisors, targets, and industry participants.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
• Strong experience executing M&A transactions and investments, leading due diligence workstreams, and applying financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, independent judgment, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication, networking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; a master’s degree is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, odds calculation, betting types, and market trends.
• Experience in online gaming, casino, technology, sports betting, gaming, or entertainment.
• Knowledge of gambling regulations, compliance requirements, and customer retention strategies.
• Additional European or African languages.
