What you will do

• Assess potential acquisitions against strategic objectives and prepare insight-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities through systematic outreach to foundries and type designers.
• Lead transactions from initial evaluation to close, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, and Sales to ensure disciplined deal execution.
• Support post-close integration planning and monitor value realization against the deal thesis.
• Monitor market trends in creative software, branding, and technology to identify emerging growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A transactions, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with founders, advisors, and executives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing executive-ready presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement
