What you will do

• Lead the programme controls function, monitoring plans, costs, safety, and performance.
• Establish and maintain effective control processes in compliance with industry standards like GRIP.
• Review project proposals and develop realistic resource plans for programme delivery.
• Provide day-to-day reporting services to Programme and Project Managers.
• Ensure data input into cost and performance systems meets required standards.
• Manage the production of investment plans and comply with the Investment Competence Framework.

Requirements

• Proven background in project controls within infrastructure sectors such as rail, aviation, water, or highways.
• Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction work processes.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
