What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle for utility and infrastructure developments, including planning, construction, and closeout.
• Manage project budgets, financial reporting, and procurement processes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Coordinate with statutory undertakers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.
• Oversee site safety and ensure full compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
• Implement efficient document control and prepare project documentation, including best practices and lessons learned.
• Ensure all regulatory approvals, permits, and endorsements are secured throughout the project phases.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in construction project management, specifically in infrastructure design and construction phases.
• Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, including mass grading, water management, and utilities.
• Experience coordinating with UK utility statutory undertakers.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and PDF tools like Bluebeam.
• Must be able to work onsite in Bedford, UK, with the ability to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.

Nice to have

• SIA licensing or relevant executive security certifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
