What you will do

• Lead the safe delivery of major gas infrastructure projects in compliance with CDM Regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate on-site operations, managing both direct labour and subcontractors to meet project scope and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Leadership Team to ensure integrated delivery across technical, commercial, and planning functions.
• Manage project KPIs, including safety, time, cost, and quality, while proactively resolving delivery issues.
• Act as the primary site-level interface with clients, statutory parties, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee risk and opportunity management, specifically addressing hazards associated with high-pressure gas systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale EPC projects.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven track record in high-pressure gas infrastructure or heavy engineering within safety-critical environments.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in NEC or similar contract forms.
• Professional competence in managing site health and safety, ideally holding SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Full UK driving license and ability to work on-site in Gloucestershire during the week.
