What you will do

• Lead the planning and delivery of road, rail, and bridge infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations and the Special Development Order (SDO).
• Coordinate with local authorities, statutory bodies, and third-party developers to obtain permits and manage project interfaces.
• Manage project governance processes, including RFIs, design reviews, technical submittals, and action logs.
• Monitor and report on project budgets and schedules, identifying risks and opportunities to maintain targets.
• Oversee site safety and compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
• Provide detailed project progress reports to upper management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the design and construction phases of infrastructure projects (roadways, rail development, roadway structures).
• Knowledge of construction project delivery methods and rail/road licensing requirements.
• Strong expertise in project management governance, including scheduling, budgeting, change control, and risk management.
• Ability to interpret and understand complex design and construction drawings.
• Hands-on experience in the management of field operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Project, Planner, Power BI, and Bluebeam.
