Compensation: $60,000–$150,000 per year (Draw plus commission)

What you will do

• Greet and assist customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and performance.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, including financing and trade-ins.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a transparent manner.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug testing
• Previous experience in a commission or quota-driven sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• 2-3 years of previous automotive sales experience
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
