What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end B2B sales process for used vehicles to maximize volume, margin, and market penetration.
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealer partners to drive sustained growth.
  • Manage relationships as the primary point of contact for dealership buyers, building trust-based partnerships.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor pricing to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Proactively resolve operational challenges within the remarketing process, including inventory and buyer concerns.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
  • Strong skills in influencing and negotiation.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and use data to shape sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and willingness to travel at least 30% within the territory.
  • Must be based in Nashville, TN, United States.
