Location: Must be based in the Community of Madrid, Spain (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Identify and prospect high-potential accounts across fitness, hospitality, and retail channels.
  • Present the brand proposition and negotiate commercial terms to close strategic deals.
  • Manage long-term relationships with key accounts to drive reorders and expansion.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and build scalable commercial reporting processes.
  • Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to influence internal product and brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Operations teams to refine sales tools and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
  • Proven ability to build trust and manage complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to startup growth.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools for research and outreach efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Existing professional network within the Spanish wellness, hospitality, or fitness ecosystem.
  • Experience building commercial processes in a high-growth startup environment.
