What you will do
- Identify and prospect high-potential accounts across fitness, hospitality, and retail channels.
- Present the brand proposition and negotiate commercial terms to close strategic deals.
- Manage long-term relationships with key accounts to drive reorders and expansion.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and build scalable commercial reporting processes.
- Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to influence internal product and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Growth and Operations teams to refine sales tools and customer experience.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English proficiency.
- Proven ability to build trust and manage complex commercial agreements.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to startup growth.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools for research and outreach efficiency.

- Existing professional network within the Spanish wellness, hospitality, or fitness ecosystem.
