What you will do

• Define and execute global strategy in collaboration with the management team at corporate HQ.
• Partner with regional and local teams to improve operational and financial performance.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and define profitability targets across portfolio markets.
• Identify and scale best practices from operations across 70+ countries.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Provide regular performance updates and project progress reports to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management consulting or fast-paced tech/e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in modeling complex business and financial scenarios.
• Proven project management capabilities and experience driving initiatives across diverse global stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing C-level executives.
• English proficiency (C1 level) is required for this role.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across culturally and functionally diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar data querying languages.
