What you will do
- Serve as the lead technical architect for complex Cloud projects for strategic enterprise customers.
- Configure, integrate, and deploy cloud solutions according to professional services standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to internal teams and customers.
- Identify and resolve engagement-related challenges and escalate issues when necessary.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- 8+ years of professional consulting experience, including 3+ years with CX, CRM, or AI orchestration platforms.
- Advanced understanding of modern cloud concepts and architectures (AWS preferred).
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
- Experience with diagramming tools like LucidChart or Microsoft Visio.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing AI-powered solutions such as Voicebots, chatbots, or Agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with application development using APIs, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
