Principal Professional Services Consultant (AI)

Location: Germany (Hybrid/Remote); occasional international travel across EMEA, approximately 25%

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex hirify.global Cloud implementations for enterprise customers.
• Act as the primary technical authority and strategic advisor throughout customer engagements.
• Configure, integrate, and deploy hirify.global Cloud solutions using APIs, cloud-native services, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with project managers, customer stakeholders, executives, and technical leaders to define scope, architecture, timelines, and success criteria.
• Advise customers on AI-powered self-service, agent assist, conversational AI, analytics, and experience orchestration.
• Identify and mitigate technical and project risks while mentoring consultants and contributing to delivery methodology improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of consulting, solution architecture, or technical delivery experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with hirify.global Cloud or comparable customer experience, contact center, CRM, or AI orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud architectures and services; AWS experience is preferred.
• Experience producing architecture documentation, technical designs, and executive presentations.
• Fluent German and English are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, agent assist, copilot technologies, agentic AI, or AI-driven analytics.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, event-driven architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise solution architecture and systems integration.

Hiring process
