What you will do

• Shape the future strategy for the financial services sector through co-innovation projects.
• Define the Business Value Proposition for leading banks and insurance companies.
• Analyze business needs with C-level clients to shape their transformation journey and extend product footprint.
• Take full ownership of managing complex end-to-end transformation projects at the intersection of business and IT.
• Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to address client challenges and deliver results.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering large-scale digital innovation and transformation projects for banks or insurance.
• Expertise in core banking, payments, lending, risk management, or insurance finance.
• Business fluent in English and German.
• Proven ability to interact with C-level management and a strong network in the Financial Services industry.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce, or STEM.
• Must be based in Germany.
