What you will do

• Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, launching, and iterating across paid and partnership-based channels.
• Shape the innovative channel roadmap and make strategic cases for investment.
• Apply core marketing fundamentals including audience targeting, bidding, and landing page optimization.
• Pioneer the adoption of AI agents to automate marketing workflows and accelerate testing.
• Design and execute rigorous experiments to identify and scale growth levers.
• Analyze full-funnel metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS to influence company priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels.
• Strong quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics.
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI tools and agents to marketing operations.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with an ownership mentality.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (implied by 401k/US benefits).

Nice to have

• Consulting background (MBB or equivalent).
