What you will do

• Run end-to-end growth experiments from hook and copy to distribution and measurement.
• Design and execute high-impact campaigns that move signups, pipeline, or community engagement.
• Create high-craft marketing assets including landing pages, ads, emails, and social content.
• Set up clean tracking, UTMs, and lead source attribution to report on real KPIs.
• Ship weekly experiments to maintain a fast-paced, iterative growth motion.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative variations, research, and analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or dev tools growth marketing.
• Proven ability to own a full growth motion, including content, campaigns, and operations.
• Technical proficiency with HTML, SQL, and marketing tooling.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce technical-flavored content.
• Data-obsessed mindset with a focus on actionable metrics rather than vanity stats.
