What you will do

• Own end-to-end channel expansion by researching, launching, and iterating across paid and partnership-based channels.
• Shape the innovative channel roadmap and make strategic cases for investment in new growth opportunities.
• Apply core marketing fundamentals including bidding, targeting, creative development, and landing page optimization.
• Pioneer the adoption of AI agents to automate marketing workflows and unlock new operational capabilities.
• Design and execute rigorous experiments to test hypotheses and scale successful growth engines.
• Analyze full-funnel metrics like CAC, LTV, and ROAS to influence resource allocation and company priorities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing across multiple channels.
• Strong quantitative analytical ability with full-funnel metrics and data storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Experience or strong interest in applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing operations.
• Ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

• Consulting background (MBB or equivalent).
