TL;DR
VP of Marketing (Fintech): Leading the global marketing function to unify brand, demand, and audience growth strategies with an accent on commercial discipline and multi-channel execution. Focus on building a senior leadership layer, implementing robust attribution and measurement frameworks, and scaling the company's market presence in the prop trading industry.
Location: Remote-first. EU/UK timezone strongly preferred. MENA acceptable with 4+ hours of overlap with CET hours.
Salary: $15,000–$25,000 / month gross (Global baseline).

What you will do
- Own brand positioning, voice, and visual identity to establish the company as the most trusted brand in the industry.
- Build and scale the demand engine across web, social, paid, and owned media channels.
- Structure and lead the full marketing team, including hiring GTM, PR, and Growth leads.
- Establish attribution and measurement discipline to ensure marketing-sourced revenue and ROI are tracked weekly.
- Manage budget reallocation cycles to optimize spend toward high-performing channels.
- Partner with the CEO and cross-functional leadership to align marketing strategy with commercial goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership (CMO, VP, or Head of Marketing) in a high-growth company.
- Strong commercial and analytical thinking with experience managing CAC, payback, and channel ROI targets.
- Proven track record of building, structuring, and developing a marketing function end-to-end.
- Predominantly B2C marketing experience with secondary skill in B2B partnership marketing.
- Excellent async written communication skills for a remote-first environment.
- Must be available for 4+ hours of overlap with CET working hours.

- Background in fintech, trading, or crypto.
- SEO depth and experience with international market expansion.
- Experience with AI and automation enablement for marketing workflows.
- Prior experience structuring senior marketing leadership layers from scratch.
