Salary: $72,800 - $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Design and lead tailored retrospectives and conduct quarterly team health checks.
• Identify and remove impediments while leveraging empirical data (velocity, capacity, predictability) to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams on backlog management and prioritization best practices.
• Lead quarterly planning and track goals for assigned teams.
• Build and maintain workflows and automations in Jira and Slack to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role or as part of a Scrum Team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT, or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
• Practical experience with multiple agile frameworks and their application.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to build simple automations in Jira and Slack.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of Lean Startup, MVP vs MMF/MMP, and Prioritization Matrices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and emergent architecture in iterative development.
