What you will do

• Lead Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Guide teams through the transition from waterfall to Agile methodologies.
• Identify and remove blockers impacting team productivity and delivery speed.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using Jira and Confluence.
• Manage multiple Scrum lanes and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in IT environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no third-party agencies).
• Proven experience leading Scrum ceremonies and managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Demonstrated success in transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile.
• Understanding of IT project lifecycles and ability to coach teams with limited Agile experience.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
