Senior Technical Project Manager (Energy)

Senior Technical Project Manager (Energy): Leading complex, cross-functional programs to support growth within the Home Energy business with an accent on alignment across engineering, product, and creative teams. Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC). This role requires presence in the South Charlotte HQ Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote.

Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across multiple engineering teams.
• Drive alignment between engineering, product, and creative teams on priorities and timelines.
• Manage project scopes from ideation through development and successful launch.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.
• Communicate progress and updates clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking and workflow management.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
• Ability to operate independently and provide clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC (Hybrid schedule).
