Salary: $86,600–$134,200

What you will do

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and defining clear sprint goals.
• Manage technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Track and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team health.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the Minneapolis office (Hybrid model).
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing technical projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
