Focus on utilizing the MOJ Claims Portal to ensure efficient claims lifecycles and high-quality outcomes.

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, including PI, from start to finish.

• Maintain accurate data and ensure all systems are kept up to date.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the claims process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal case outcomes.

Requirements

• 12 months of relevant experience or 6 months of experience plus a law degree (or equivalent).
• Experience using the MOJ Claims Portal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality customer service.
