Salary: $154,000–$277,000 Annually

What you will do

• Develop annual U.S. business and brand plans to drive growth and category vision.
• Lead the development of national marketing calendar programming and associated business cases.
• Manage menu strategy and product development in collaboration with R&D, Operations, and Finance.
• Direct cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute streamlined marketing campaigns.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing brand team, ensuring role clarity and professional development.
• Engage with franchisee audiences to present new programming and gather strategic input.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's/MBA preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in national marketing for a retail or QSR brand.
• Proven experience in business case writing and P&L management.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing ad agencies.
• Strong product management and innovation experience.
• Must be able to work in the Dublin, OH office at least 4 days per week.
