What you will do

  • Lead integrated brand campaigns across US, CA, and UK from brief to launch.
  • Write insight-led creative briefs defining audience, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Manage creative development, production timelines, and quality across agencies and internal teams.
  • Serve as brand steward ensuring consistency across all geos, channels, and touchpoints.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage end-to-end brand sponsorships and activations.
  • Build executive-ready reporting to translate brand efforts into business impact and future recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand marketing within consumer-facing, digital-first environments.
  • Proven track record leading integrated campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to provide effective direction to agencies.
  • Experience evaluating and managing brand sponsorships or partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data sources like Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
