Salary: $132,465 – $198,697

What you will do

• Lead digital marketing and media strategies to drive member acquisition and retention.
• Manage and optimize paid online media campaigns including SEM, display, social media, and video.
• Design and execute end-to-end campaign flows, including landing pages and form creation.
• Analyze key performance metrics to improve ROI and report on campaign delivery.
• Partner with internal teams and agency partners to align marketing objectives.
• Experiment with digital and offline channels to reduce cost per acquisition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing role.
• Expertise in search marketing (SEM) and paid advertising.
• Demonstrated track record of campaign performance improvement.
• Direct-to-consumer marketing experience.
• Must be able to work in the Walnut Creek, CA office 3 days per week.
