TL;DR
Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A): Lead monthly closes, quarterly forecasts, and annual planning for 's evolution from SaaS to AI token-based advertising model with an accent on strategic analysis and cross-functional reporting. Focus on preparing executive materials, ad-hoc financial projects, and process improvements using AI tools to drive P&L decisions.
Location: Onsite in Union Square offices, New York City, NY, USA. Relocation support is not available. Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $95,000—$118,700 USD

What you will do
- Lead monthly consolidated close, quarterly forecast, and annual planning to align investments with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with business units on near- and long-term investment plans.
- Ensure accurate weekly/monthly reporting on financial metrics and KPIs cross-functionally.
- Prepare materials and narratives for executive, board, and earnings call meetings.
- Conduct ad-hoc projects and financial analysis for senior management decisions.
- Drive system and process improvements for FP&A scalability and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related from top institution.
- At least 2 years experience, preferably in Strategy Consulting or Investment Banking.
- Keen interest in Generative AI, gaming, interactive 3D, and ad tech.
- Expert in parsing large datasets, financial modeling, forecasting, and turning data into insights.
- Exceptional communication with executive presence to influence leaders.
- Sufficient professional English for global communication.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools like Claude in Excel, Office Connect, or automation copilots.
- Orientation towards eliminating spreadsheets via AI.
