Financial Analyst (Gaming)

Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $116,000 – $130,500 + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-range revenue forecasts incorporating cohort behavior, product impacts, and experimentation data.
• Analyze ARPU, retention, platform mix, and geo-performance to surface actionable insights.
• Streamline and automate processes and dashboards using Excel, Pigment, and Looker.
• Utilize AI agents like Claude Code and Codex to automate reporting and draft financial analysis.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to size opportunities and set strategic targets.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Data Science to resolve data discrepancies and build real-time reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, top-tier consulting, or high-growth tech FP&A.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Strong mastery of Excel and advanced financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with consumer-subscription modeling, including churn curves and cohort assumptions.
• Hands-on fluency with AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) for workflow optimization.
• Ability to distill complex data into crisp recommendations for executive leadership.
