What you will do

• Analyze financial data and trends to provide meaningful insights and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Prepare regular financial reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management review.
• Partner with senior management to develop strategies for revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk management.
• Assist in the development of accurate financial forecasts and budgets.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects including M&A activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Four or more years of experience in financial analysis roles.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and proficiency in interpreting financial statements.
• Experience writing and running SQL queries against relational databases.
• Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to augment analysis workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
