What you will do

• Translate CCO priorities into actionable commercial roadmaps and multi-year revenue planning.
• Oversee high-impact commercial partnerships, develop joint business plans, and track performance metrics.
• Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations on GTM strategy to improve execution discipline and KPI visibility.
• Prepare executive materials for Board meetings, QBRs, and investor updates.
• Develop analytics dashboards tracking bookings, revenue, margin, and customer acquisition.
• Lead special projects on competitive positioning and market expansion.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in strategy, VC/PE, consulting, revenue operations, or commercial leadership.
• Proven experience working directly with C-suite executives.
• Strong exposure to enterprise sales, channel partnerships, or global commercial operations.
• Deep understanding of commercial revenue models and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
• High EQ with the ability to influence senior leaders and solve problems with a bias toward action.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.
