TL;DR

Chief Revenue Officer (Fintech): Architecting and executing the entire revenue engine for a scaling B2B SaaS platform with an accent on sales, customer success, and revenue operations. Focus on building high-performance teams, scaling to $100M ARR, and driving predictable growth through rigorous data-driven strategies.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $300,000 - $330,000 base (OTE: $370,000 - $420,000)

What you will do

  • Develop and own the unified revenue model, P&L, and forecasting for Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps.
  • Define and iterate the GTM strategy, including segmentation, ICPs, and sales playbooks.
  • Recruit and mentor senior revenue leaders and scale the commercial organization.
  • Build and mature the data infrastructure, including CRM hygiene, KPI tracking, and analytics dashboards.
  • Design sales compensation and incentive plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align demand generation and product roadmaps with revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 12–15+ years in revenue leadership with 5+ years in top-tier roles like SVP or CRO.
  • Proven track record of leading a SaaS company to $100M+ ARR.
  • Deep fluency in SaaS economics, including CAC payback, LTV, NRR, and churn.
  • Experience building and scaling revenue teams of 20+ people.
  • Strong operational rigor in RevOps, CRM optimization, and data systems.

Nice to have

  • Domain experience in lending, payments, or financial services SaaS.
