What you will do
- Collaborate with leadership to analyze the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present consolidated financial reports to all levels of business management.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes while updating projections based on performance.
- Develop and maintain management dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes through reporting and variance analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for financial tools and forecasting models.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a financial planning & analysis environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience with Oracle, Power BI, and HFM.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize critical needs.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with executive management and global personnel.
