TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Austin, TX (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Consulting Services division.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting dashboards and KPI frameworks.
  • Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage monthly management reporting, including leadership presentations and executive insights.
  • Implement processes and controls to mitigate financial risks and improve data quality.
  • Collaborate across functions to optimize financial systems and drive process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting a consulting services organization.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, quantitative problem-solving, and strategic analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial reporting platforms.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support executive-level decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
